This morning we had a play date with some friends and decided to make a quick, kiddo friendly snack to go with the chilly fall weather 🙂 These Pumpkin Spice Muffins are a great treat to make with young’uns – especially if you’re one of those people that fear the raw egg-ness of cookie doughs – since there is no egg!
PUMPKIN SPICE MUFFINS
- 1 – Spice Cake Mix
- 1 – 15oz can Pumpkin
- 2/3 cup water
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Line muffin pan with baking cups.
- Put ingredients into large bowl.
- Put spoonfuls into baking cups (should make 24 muffins).
- Bake for 20 min.
- Let cool and eat 😀
They were super tasty! And we were able to send our friends home with some tasty treats – which is always fun 🙂
