Pumpkin Spice Muffins

This morning we had a play date with some friends and decided to make a quick, kiddo friendly snack to go with the chilly fall weather 🙂  These Pumpkin Spice Muffins are a great treat to make with young’uns – especially if you’re one of those people that fear the raw egg-ness of cookie doughs – since there is no egg!


  • 1 – Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 – 15oz can Pumpkin
  • 2/3 cup water


  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line muffin pan with baking cups.
  3. Put ingredients into large bowl.
  4. Mix.
  5. Put spoonfuls into baking cups (should make 24 muffins).
  6. Bake for 20 min.
  7. Let cool and eat 😀

They were super tasty!  And we were able to send our friends home with some tasty treats – which is always fun 🙂
